Our A2 Cow Ghee is made from the pure A2 milk of Kankrej cows, a robust indigenous breed native to Gujarat. These cows thrive in the harsh climate of the arid plains and are known for their resilience, natural disease resistance, and calm temperament. Kankrej cows graze freely on native grasses and herbs such as Arjuna, Neem, and Giloy, lending the milk exceptional therapeutic properties. We source our milk ethically from small-scale farmers who follow sustainable, cruelty-free dairy practices.
CRAFTED USING THE TRADITIONAL BILONA METHOD
We retain the purity and health benefits of milk by following the authentic Bilona ghee-making process:

Fresh A2 milk is boiled and allowed to curd naturally.

The curd is churned bi-directionally in a wooden churner to extract white butter (makkhan).

This makkhan is slow-cooked on a low flame until it transforms into golden ghee, rich in aroma and grainy in texture.
This age-old technique ensures maximum nutrient retention, true flavor, and enhanced digestibility.
